I have been going to Dr Allen for at least 10 years, and have never had anything but positive experiences in this time. Be is extremely knowledgeable, and he and his receptionist, Barbara, are caring, and treat you like family. I highly recommend Dr Allen.

i have been going to Dr. Shawn for a few years now, he has corrected some shotty work of a previous dentist and let me know that he is my dentist and working for me, not telling me when to come back to have something done. My previous dentist would know that i was in pain and would have me come in, then say "come back two weeks i do then". I absolutely hated it, then when i expressed my distaste on an issue, she basically said she didn't care and neither did her staff. I have been gone from her facility for 11 years and not one call to check in to see if there was something they could have done or anything. Dr. Shawn is very personable, he is human! His front desk staff is human, very personable! I love this office and would recommend people here if you are not stuck up and want robotic services from people and expect people to programed and emotionless. Everyone cannot be what everyone wants in a perfect world, but the skill set of the consistency of the attempt at great service and professionalism given is appreciated! I have a tooth that needs attention now and waiting on my callback because i know he will squeeze me in, not to mention never has hurt me!!!!

Heads up if you move and give them a new address they wont bother updating their system with that address or bothering to call you they just send you to collections without attempting to contact you. Im sure they are too out of date to notice or care about google reviews but this is a warning to avoid them.

Had an emergency on a Friday night. My filling came out and my tooth cracked. Called at 7pm, the dentist met me at 7:30 pm to fix my tooth. Shawn is the best! Highly recommend! Thank you!!!

I went here in 2018 for a cleaning. They said i have 7 cavities. I never went back, i gave 2 stars cause they were nice. I went somewhere else for 2nd opion. They knew i went somewhere else cause some how the computer showed them. Almost 2022 no work no cleaning my teeth are fine.

Absolutely awesome dentist! Major extraction done, little to no pain and in and out under half hour! Would recommend to everyone who ever had a bad experience with a dentist in their lifetime!

I came to emotionally support a loved one during a procedure, Waited two hours+ for the appointment to begin, and was then told to wait back in the waiting room. The dentist rooms do not have doors, and have televisions in every room(which I assume would be incredibly distracting) Questioning the cleanliness of the practice after seeing TV remotes laying around on equipment, a Nurse wearing gloves after touching toolboxes/tables and equipment, etc.

I was sitting in the chair and the nurse after working on my teeth threw the gloves out and then she pick them back up out of the garbage and wore them and went into another room and went to work on somebody else's teeth. I also got a shot in my gum to numb them and then the doctor realized they made a mistake and just said oops we already did that last time. Then the doctor asked if I missed him. Don't go here very unprofessional and disgusting place. Also tells me I love women which is very unprofessional for a doctor to be telling his patient
